Hand Dyeing Wool

I've been hand dyeing yarn quite a bit lately so I thought I'd share some pictures.  Here are the skeins drying overnight last night.  I use a microwave (not the one I cook in) as a heat source.

Having a Spring Cleaning Sale on Ebay!

Happy Sewing!

It's a Good Day to Stitch!

Can you tell there's a storm coming????  12+ inches of snow starting this afternoon. Storms bring out all my "domestic urges".  It must be a bad one;  I even dusted this morning!  And The Critter's a little freaky, too. All not good signs.

About those Friendship Stars

The daily walk looks a wee bit different than last week, doesn't it?  This is a portion of the Trans Canada Trail, that The Critter and I walk nearly every day.

And remember these?

Well, they  became a border for this:

And My Day Went From . . . . .

This . . . . . an early morning walk with the sun coming up over the mountain.  (The construction equipment is there to work on the new school.)
